Corearte Colombia 2026

We are delighted to announce a new edition of the Corearte Choral Festival, which will take place in the heart of Colombia’s cultural life: Bogotá, from September 8th to 13th, 2026.
For six unforgettable days and five magical nights, the voices of talented choirs from across the world will come together in harmony, filling the city with music and emotion.
Participants will not only share the stage in a celebration of choral artistry, but will also explore some of Colombia’s most iconic treasures: the awe-inspiring Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá, the breathtaking Monserrate Hill, and the vibrant streets of Bogotá’s historic center.

Join us in this extraordinary journey where music, culture, and friendship unite in one of Latin America’s most captivating destinations.

Participation

All orchestras, bands and choir groups in their different categories are invited: Children choirs, youth or adult choirs , religious, community choirs, Institutes or Universities, professional choirs, amateurs, chamber choirs, ensembles or vocal groups. Workshops

From September 8th to 13th, choirs from around the world will gather in Bogotá for an unforgettable celebration of music and culture.

Throughout the entire week, inspiring workshops and a wide range of activities will encourage exchange, collaboration, and shared learning among all participating ensembles.

This year, we will also be working with the Spanish conductor Montserrat Meneses, who will rehearse and lead Handel’s Messiah.

The festival will culminate on Saturday, September 12th, with a grand final concert in which all participating choirs will join the choir and orchestra of the Universidad Javeriana to perform the Messiah.
