Participation
Corearte Berlin 2026 is a non-competitive choral festival that will take place from Tuesday, June 2nd to Sunday, June 7th, 2026
All choir groups in their different categories are invited: Children choirs, youth or adult choirs , religious, community choirs, Institutes or Universities, professional choirs, amateurs, chamber choirs, ensembles or vocal groups. Individual singers can also participate under special conditions (please ask the organization).
Participation Requirements
Choirs wishing to participate must send the following to the organization before March 1st, 2026:
- Registration form.
- A brief curriculum of the choir and its conductor.
- A recent video recording featuring two pieces from their repertoire.
- A recent photo of the group and its conductor.
Concerts
The chosen concert venues are renowned for their acoustic quality and cultural or architectural significance, offering participating choirs the opportunity to perform in iconic locations on Berlin.
Workshops
The Corearte Berlin Festival, scheduled from June 2nd to 7th, 2026, provides a unique opportunity for choirs to expand their musical and cultural horizons. Throughout the week, daily workshops and activities are designed to encourage collaboration and learning among participating choirs.
The festival will conclude with a closing concert on Saturday, June 6th, where choirs will present the repertoire they have worked on throughout the week, showcasing the diversity and talent of all participants.
Prices and deadlines
The registration fee is per participant and in euros and varies according to the type of accommodation chosen:
- €750 · Hotel *** double room (seven hundred fifty euros).
- €990 · Hotel *** single room (nine hundred and ninety euros).
The registration includes participation in musical workshops, recreational activities, and accommodation on a breakfast-only regime (from Tuesday, June 2nd to breakfast on Sunday, June 7th)
5 % Early Bird Discount
Participants in Corearte Berlin 2026 can benefit from a 5% early bird discount if they pay the first installment one months in advance of the original deadline of March 15, 2026.
Deadline to qualify for the discount: February 15, 2026.
Discount benefit:
Double room: € 37,50 per person
Single room: € 49,50
Tuition fees with early payment discount:
Double room: € 712,50 per person
Single room: € 940,50
To qualify for this benefit, both the reservation and the first installment must be completed by February 15, 2026.

Festival activities will begin on Tuesday, June 2nd at 3:00 PM, so groups are encouraged to arrive before that time.

In addition to the final payment due on arrival, any optional extras requested by choir members – such as extra nights, transportation, or transfers -must be paid in full.
- Eligibility: Choirs with 30 or more registered singers receive one complimentary registration for their music director.
- What’s covered: The comp applies to the €750 registration fee only. Lodging and meals are charged according to the choir’s selected package.
- Rooming: If the director chooses single occupancy, the single-room supplement must be paid.
- Condition: The complimentary registration is confirmed only if all choir members meet the published payment deadlines.

- Concerts in acoustically appropriate venues for choral music

- Welcome pack with workshop/concert materials and local visitor information
- Certificate of participation in the festival and workshops
- Airfare and ground transportation to/from the festival city.
- Local transportation during the festival (please coordinate with the organizers at administrador@corearte.es).
- Admission fees for museums, tours, and other cultural or recreational activities not listed in the official festival program.
- Insurance: The festival carries general liability insurance for the event; however, it does not assume responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses affecting participants.
- Personal travel and health insurance is required for all participants.
Cancellation policy
- Through March 15th: Full refund.
- March 16th – June 1st: A €250 cancellation fee applies.
- On/after June 2nd: Non-refundable.
Substitutions
You may transfer your spot to another singer or companion at any time at no additional charge.
